Workshops – We Worked on The Tempus Logo, Remotely

We are hosting remote workshops.

Following up from the previous workshop, we were able to detail the day to day operations for Ari's organization, Tempus Time Savers. This allows us to see, costs down the line, setup quotas, milestones we need to target and when amongst other things.

It also allowed us to work on his website/app, and the logo you see in today’s blog post, being able to send multiple revisions back and forth.

Workshop – Business Canvass Model for Tempust Timesaver

Today July 14th  I worked closely with Ari to build up a business canvass model for his organization.

The name for it is Tempus Timesavers.
A business canvass model is great because it creates a storyboard that allows us to clearly articulate our idea with and sell it in 30 seconds.
The business canvass model also starts creating a foundation for operations, marketing, website, the business' language and essentially the culture which will be converted into functions that get the operation going on a day to day basis.
